Wedding receptions and catered events can now resume statewide at limited capacity. All venues hosting weddings and catered events must follow the State's health and safety protocols.
Non-residential events that involve attendees – above the State’s social gathering limit – that feature the preparation and service of food and/or beverages for parties, including but not limited to wedding receptions, celebrations, meetings, conferences and other similar events that occur in Chautauqua County are now allowed with new restrictions.
In order to hold these events, the food service operator and/or responsible party must review the links on this page, paying particular attention to Item D on page 7 of the Detailed Guidelines and affirm that you have reviewed it by following the instructions at the bottom of the guidelines. You must also complete and submit the CCHHS Wedding and Large Gathering Event Notification Form at least five days prior to the event.
