Thank you for taking the time to notify the staff at Chautauqua County Landfill that there may be an odor emanating from the facility.  Since it is our goal to minimize and eliminate any impacts of the landfill on our neighbors and the general public, the information you will be providing on this form will help us identify and resolve any odor issue that may be related to the landfill.  Please take the time to be as descriptive as possible.  Once submitted, you will be contacted by a staff member at Chautauqua County to further discuss your notification and our findings.
