Chautauqua County Mental Hygiene is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic(CCBHC) dedicated to improving the lives of the community by offering various services in one location.

The Jamestown Clinic site offers the community:

Individual Therapy for children and adults of All ages,  in person and through a telehealth model using an Integrated Approach

  • Parent-Child Interaction Action Therapy for ages 3.5 and up (PCIT) 
  • Family Sessions
  • Group Therapy 
  • ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)
  • MAT – Medication-Assisted Treatment 
  • Psychotropic Medication Management/ IM and Medication Management
  • Substance Abuse Counseling 
  • Crisis walk-in appointments and Crisis management 
  • Mobile Crisis Services – off Site Location and Linkage 
  • Care Coordination Services
  • Peer involvement
  • Health Risk Monitoring
