There are two conference rooms available to reserve for meetings.
Hours: Monday - Saturday 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please email FlyJHW@chqgov.com for availability and reservations.
Conference Room A has a maximum occupancy of 24, with seating available for 22. Ten of the seats are around the central conference table and the remaining seats are around the wall. A white board and markers are available. Please note that at this time we have free public Wi-fi in the conference rooms but, users must provide their own presentation equipment.
Conference Room B has a maximum occupancy of 57, with seating available for 35. 14 of the seats are around the central conference table and the remaining seats are around the wall. A white board and markers are available. Please note that at this time we have free public Wi-fi available in the airport conference rooms but users must provide their own presentation equipment.
