County Absentee Ballot Application

Absentee Ballot Application

I want an Absentee (Mail-In) Ballot because:

  • I am concerned for COVID-19
  • I am going to be out of the County on Election Day
  • I have duties related to primary care that prevent me from voting in person

It is now TOO LATE to submit an Absentee Ballot application for the November 3, 2020 General Election by MAIL, PHONE or EMAIL. The only remaining option is to submit a request IN PERSON (or via agent who appears in person) at the Board of Elections office.

Voters submitting Absentee Ballot application via agent should check "I authorize (give name) [Fill in the blank] to pick up my ballot at the board of elections." under number 7 on the Absentee Ballot application in order to authorize someone other than the voter to pickup up a ballot in their stead.
