Hit the Trail! Passports

We are fortunate to have some really great trail systems all throughout the county.  We’ve partnered with Wegmans and Chautauqua County Rails to Trails to encourage you to get out there, for the first time or your 100th time.  The trails are a great way to experience the whole county!

pProgram Details:
To complete the passports, go to each of the three main trails and look for the Wegmans hit the trail plates. Trail plate locations are clearly identified in the booklet.  Some of them are a ¼ mile in from the trailhead, while others are one or more miles in from the trailhead.

When you complete one trail you can bring your book to the Health Department to receive a free reusable Wegmans shopping bag.  Complete all three trails and be entered to win a Wegmans gift card!  You must turn in your completed passport at the Health Department located at 7 North Erie street in Mayville to be entered to win.   One lucky winner will be drawn each December.
