Agricultural Fairgrounds & Mass Gatherings
Agricultural fairground means a property where a fair has been conducted, or is proposed to be conducted to receive premium reimbursement pursuant to Section 286 of the Agriculture and Markets Law, including the parcel or tract of land, buildings or other structures, campsites, and food service establishments, temporary or permanent, pertaining thereto. A mass gathering shall mean one which is likely to attract 5,000 people or more and continue for 24 hours or more but shall not include a temporary residence under permit.

A permit is required to operate a campground where five or more campsites are occupied or maintained for occupancy.

Summer day camps, traveling summer day camps and children's overnight camps.

This includes: Food Service Establishment, Mobile Food Service, Temporary Food Service, Vending Machines.

Migrant Farmworker Housing
Migrant farmworker housing facilities occupied by five or more persons one or more of whom are employed to perform farm activities.

Mobile Home Park
Mobile home park maintained for the placement of five or more mobile and/or manufactured homes.

Swimming Pool
Indoor Pools, Outdoor Pools and Spas

Body Art Establishment (tattoo / piercing) and Indoor Tanning Facility
Information and applications for Body Art Establishment Certification, Body Art Artist Certification, and Indoor Tanning Permits.
