The cost to file a Business Certificate is $25. Each certified copy is $1 per copy, if purchased at the time of filing. Any time after the date of filing the cost for a certified copy is $4 each.

The document must be notarized. We have several notaries on site, and will happily notarize your signature, free of charge, during regular operating hours. We can even notarize the document during the recording process.
MAIL IT IN:
Make sure to have your document notarized prior to mailing. You must include the appropriate payment in the form of check or money order.
Along with the notarized certificate and payment, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope so we can return your certified copies in a timely manner.
