Chautauqua County Mental Hygiene is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) dedicated to improving the lives of the community by offering various services in one location.

The Jamestown Center offers the community:

Individual Therapy for children and adults of All ages, in person and through a telehealth model using an Integrated Approach

  • Parent-Child Interaction Action Therapy for ages 3.5 and up (PCIT) 
  • Family Sessions
  • Group Therapy 
  • ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)
  • MAT – Medication-Assisted Treatment 
  • Psychotropic Medication Management/ IM and Medication Management
  • Substance Abuse Counseling 
  • Crisis walk-in appointments and Crisis management 
  • Mobile Crisis Services – off Site Location and Linkage 
  • Care Coordination Services
  • Peer involvement
  • Health Risk Monitoring
  • Translation services available

Now featuring our coping skills cards!

This coping skills kit will be provided to newly admitted clients of the center to assist them in implementing what they are exploring in therapy to manage stress and enhance emotional well-being. The bag includes a slogan of "Be Kind To Your Mind" and features staff designed coping skills cards with a variety of grounding tools to appeal to all five senses.
