Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene Announces the Relocation of Its North County Clinic

DUNKIRK, N.Y.:-- The Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene will be relocating its Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Dunkirk, N.Y., effective Friday, June 3, 2022, at 8 a.m. 

 

The clinic's website, email and telephone numbers will be operational during the moving process and will remain unchanged. The Department does not expect changes or delays in service or availability during that time.

 

The new address is 60-62 Franklin Ave., Dunkirk, N.Y and clinic hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.. The clinic phone number is 716-363-3550 and other contact information is listed below:
