Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene Releases Key Markers of Tapestry Resilience Initiative Community Activity

MAYVILLE, N.Y.:-- Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene (CCDMH) routinely collects Infrastructure, Prevention and Mental Health Promotion (IPP) data markers for the Tapestry Resilience Initiative grant. The Tapestry team is proud to share first quarter results of 2022 data.

IPPs represent performance data to reflect grantees’ activities. Government Project Officers (GPOs) review grantees’ results on a quarterly basis. For the first quarter of 2022, Tapestry Resilience Initiative’s IPPs were Evidence Based Practices and Outreach Efforts.

Evidence based practice is any training or service that is considered evidence-based and uses evidence-based curriculum. Survivor of Loss Support Group, Talk Saves Lives, Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA,) Addressing Mental Health Burnout, Addressing Self-Care and It’s Real are evidence-based trainings or practices provided this quarter and their metrics are provides respectively below.

Outreach efforts are any event hosted or attended on behalf of the grant team such as tabling events, community partner events, speaking engagements, meetings, etc. Tapestry Resilience Initiative team participated in 27 total outreach efforts in quarter one of 2022.

Tapestry Resilience Initiative is a federal system of care grant to assist Chautauqua County to work as a system of care. A System of Care is a network of programs and services that creates a framework for support that encourages and supports providers to partner and develop an accessible, responsive, appropriate and effective delivery system.
