Staying active and prioritizing our mental health is vital to improving our overall wellness. To get our bodies and minds moving, The Suicide Prevention Alliance of Chautauqua County is proud to announce its annual Glow Your Mind 5K Run/Walk that will take place virtually on August 21, 2021.

The glow run is a collaboration of the Suicide Prevention Alliance of Chautauqua County, Chautauqua Tapestry and Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene. The partnership came out of the groups’ common goal to generate awareness that mental wellness and physical wellness are of equal importance in everyone’s lives.
